Know where you stand.
Every reply lands the moment it is sent. Attending, maybe, declined and the real head count sit across the top, so the number you need is never more than a glance away.

Seating
The room, seat by seat.
Lay out round and long tables to match the hall, then put each guest in a specific chair. Upload the venue’s own floor plan and trace over it if you have one.

Check guests in with a scan.
Every guest carries a QR code. Your greeters scan it from their own phones and the arrival count moves here as people come in - no printed list going stale in someone’s hand.

Messages
Reach everyone, or just some.
Send an RSVP reminder or an announcement by email - to the whole list, to one tag, or to the people you ticked. It goes out from your guest list, so you are not copying addresses anywhere.
