Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for the information in your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

guests.am lets you create digital invitations from templates, customize them, publish them, share them with guests, and collect RSVPs. We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we may set reasonable limits on use of the Service.

• You retain ownership of the content you create and upload (text, photos, music, guest lists, and other materials - “Your Content”).
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and the guests you invite.
• You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the rights to use it and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or share content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or sexually exploitative.
• Send spam or unsolicited messages, or harvest contact details unlawfully.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

When you invite guests, you are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to contact them and for the accuracy of the information you publish. You must handle any personal data your guests provide responsibly and in line with our Privacy Policy.

• Some features require a paid plan. Prices and what each plan includes are shown before you purchase.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; by paying, you also agree to their terms.
• Except where required by law, payments for digital services that have been delivered are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us.

The Service, including its templates, design, software, and branding, is owned by guests.am and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service and its templates to create your own invitations. You may not resell, redistribute, or copy the platform or templates except as the Service allows.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal liability. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your content subject to our retention practices.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, guests.am will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold guests.am harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
