guests.am is an online service that lets you create, customize, and share digital invitations and collect RSVPs for your events. We are the data controller responsible for your personal information processed through the Service.

• Account information - your name and email address when you register, and your profile photo and Google account identifier if you sign in with Google.
• Event content - information you add to your invitations, such as event titles, dates, venues, photos, music, and other media you upload.
• Guest and RSVP data - names, contact details, and responses that you or your guests provide through your invitations.
• Payment information - when you purchase a paid plan, payment is processed by our payment providers; we receive transaction references and status, but not your full card details.
• Technical data - IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies needed to operate the Service and keep it secure.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service and your invitations.
• To create and secure your account and authenticate sign-ins (including via Google).
• To send transactional emails such as RSVP notifications and account messages.
• To process payments and manage your plan entitlements.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and spam, including bot protection on forms.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (to provide the Service); your consent (for optional features); our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service); and compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who host our infrastructure, deliver email, and process payments, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
• Google, when you choose to sign in with Google, in accordance with Google’s policies.
• Authorities or third parties when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

We use necessary cookies to keep you signed in, remember your language preference, and protect our forms (including Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection). We also use Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used; it sets cookies that help us measure traffic and improve the product. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings without affecting core functionality.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your invitations or your account at any time; we may retain limited records where required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

We use technical and organizational measures - including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and private storage of uploaded media - to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and respond to incidents promptly.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

If you are an event host, you are responsible for the guest information you collect through your invitations and for having a lawful basis to invite those guests. If you are a guest who received an invitation, the host who created it is responsible for how your response is used; please contact them directly with any requests.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can remove it.

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country. Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in accordance with this policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes may be communicated by email or an in-app notice.
