Printed cards are priced by how many you need and how they are finished, so there is no single number that would be true for everyone. Tell us the quantity and the finish and we will quote your exact order - and confirm the timing - before anything is printed.

Yes. The card has its own editor and its own order - you do not need to have published an invitation, or to publish one afterwards. Most hosts do both, sending the link to everyone and printing cards for close family, but either on its own is fine.
